We accept e-transfers through our EZPay system. You'll see the options during checkout.
You pay using e-transfer and it will be automatically deposited to us, no security question required.
We can process your order immediately after the payment goes through and we will ship it out to you same or next day depending on the time of purchase.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email.
Packages are shipped same day if ordered before 12pm.Otherwise they will be shipped out next day and normally take between 2 – 3 business days through Canada Post expedited mail service.During holiday periods, Canada Post shipping may be delayed due to increased volume.We offer a $15 flat rate XPressPost that you can select at checkout to reduce these delays.A tracking # will be provided for all orders as soon as we print your shipping label.

During checkout, you will select your preferred payment method. Complete the transaction. Then you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order.
Of course! Instructions, tracking numbers, and invoices are sent to you via email immediately after you place your order.
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on most of our products. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund your entire purchase amount in the form of POINTS less a 10% processing fee because our minions are hard at work and need to feed their minion families. 😉 If the cancellation fee occurs due to a lack of stock, no processing fee applies.
