What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Canadian shipping only.  Free shipping is included for all orders over $99.99, otherwise it’s a $10 flat rate.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept e-transfers and debit through our EZPay system.   You'll see the options during checkout.  
If you pay using e-transfer it will be automatically deposited to us, no security question required.
If you use debit it will go through your bank's secure channel.
Either way, we can process your order immediately after the payment goes through and we will ship it out to you same or next day depending on the time of purchase.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email.

How long will delivery take?

Packages are shipped the next day and take between 1 – 3 business days with a tracking # for all orders.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use encrypted communication with an SSL certificate so all your data is private and orders are only tracked for delivery purposes.

What exactly happens after ordering?

During checkout, you will select your preferred payment method.  Complete the transaction.  Then you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course!  Instructions, tracking numbers, and invoices are sent to you via email immediately after you place your order.
